1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the iiijl platform at iiijl.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and iiijl (the "Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the iiijl platform and close your account. Continued use of iiijl following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the iiijl platform for real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory standards governing online gaming.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, through iiijl or any applicable regulatory body.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of iiijl.

iiijl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

2.1 Age Verification

iiijl implements mandatory age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players must submit a valid, government-issued photo identification document confirming they are 21 years of age or older before any withdrawal request will be processed. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be underage, iiijl may suspend the account and require immediate age verification documentation. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player are not payable and will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on iiijl, players must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the iiijl platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, IP address, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, iiijl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iiijl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any other person. iiijl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify iiijl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that your registered name on iiijl exactly matches the name on your government-issued identification and your registered payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank account). Discrepancies between your account name and your payment method name may delay or prevent withdrawal processing. iiijl is not liable for delays caused by name mismatches attributable to the player.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on iiijl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). iiijl does not impose hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction charges, for which iiijl bears no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your iiijl account via GCash and PayMaya are credited in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are credited upon confirmation from the receiving institution, which may take up to one (1) business day. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. iiijl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only for fully KYC-verified accounts. Players must use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for their most recent deposit, where technically possible. iiijl targets the following processing timeframes for verified accounts:

• GCash and PayMaya: Within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers: Within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff.

iiijl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. Processing times may be extended during such reviews. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published within the iiijl cashier section. Players at higher VIP tiers (Gold and Diamond) are eligible for increased daily withdrawal limits as a benefit of their tier status. iiijl reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

iiijl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your iiijl account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or a combination thereof, as specified per promotion. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, slots, and specialty games may contribute at different rates as specified in each promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

iiijl employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, iiijl reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit, as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the iiijl platform — including live casino tables, slots, bingo, Teen Patti Joker, Crazy 777, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Where a conflict exists between a game's individual rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail for that specific game mechanic, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All slot and RNG-based game outcomes on iiijl are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by human dealers under studio conditions. iiijl does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) rates applicable to each game.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, iiijl reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed during that round to the player's balance. iiijl is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iiijl platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant legal and regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the iiijl platform.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or using iiijl for the processing of illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with iiijl.
• Exploiting technical errors, platform bugs, or misconfigured bonus offers for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing iiijl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the iiijl platform or its underlying software.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension & Closure

iiijl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Players may voluntarily request the closure of their iiijl account at any time by contacting iiijl customer support. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, iiijl's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

iiijl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the iiijl platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if iiijl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy & Data

iiijl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an iiijl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

iiijl will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

iiijl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, iiijl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the iiijl platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
